FEU-NRMF MEDICAL ALUMNI SOCIETY, INC
STRATEGIC PLANNING AND MONTHLY MEETING
May 10-11, 2026
Club Punta Fuego, Nasugbu, Batangas.

The FEU-NRMF Medical Alumni Society successfully conducted its Strategic Planning and Monthly Meeting last May 10–11, 2026 at Club Punta Fuego, Nasugbu, Batangas. The two-day activity gathered officers, board members, and staff to discuss organizational goals, future programs, and strategic directions for the Society.

The activity commenced with an opening session focused on reviewing the accomplishments, challenges, and ongoing projects of the organization. Various committees presented updates on their respective programs, financial reports, membership activities, alumni engagement initiatives, and upcoming events.

During the strategic planning proper, the participants collaboratively identified priorities and action plans that will strengthen the organization’s operations and services to alumni members. Key discussions included improving communication and outreach programs, enhancing member participation, strengthening partnerships, and developing sustainable projects for the benefit of the alumni community.

Workshops and group discussions were also conducted to encourage collaboration, idea-sharing, and long-term planning. The officers and staff actively participated in formulating strategies and recommendations aligned with the vision and mission of the FEU-NRMF Medical Alumni Society.

The activity also served as an opportunity to strengthen camaraderie, teamwork, and fellowship among the participants. Through meaningful discussions and collaborative efforts, the organization reaffirmed its commitment to providing quality service and maintaining strong connections within the alumni community.

The Strategic Planning concluded successfully with a renewed sense of direction, unity, and commitment from all participants toward achieving the goals and objectives of the FEU-NRMF Medical Alumni Society for the coming years.

Message from FEU-NRMF MAS President During Strategic Planning

Good afternoon, to my fellow officers, board members, and esteemed colleagues.

As we gather today for our strategic planning session of the FEU Medical Alumni Society, we do so not merely to outline activities but to define direction, strengthen purpose, and reaffirm our shared commitment to our alma mater and to one another.

Our Society stands on a strong foundation built by generations of physicians who have upheld excellence, service, and integrity. Today, we are called to build on that legacy—adapting to the evolving needs of our members, the medical profession, and the communities we serve.

This strategic planning session is an opportunity to reflect with honesty, to think boldly, and to act with intention. It is a space where experience meets vision, and where our collective insights can shape a more responsive, relevant, and impactful Alumni Society.

Let us approach this day with openness, collaboration, and a shared sense of responsibility for the future we are about to design.
