FEU-NRMF Department of Surgery Spreads Holiday Cheer with the “Table of Joy”
The FEU-NRMF Department of Surgery brought festive cheer to the hospital community with its recent “Table of Joy” event. Held during the Christmas season, this initiative served free lunch and dessert to all hospital employees, fostering a spirit of camaraderie and gratitude among the institution’s hardworking staff.
The “Table of Joy” featured a variety of delicious dishes and sweet treats, prepared to show appreciation for the invaluable contributions of doctors, nurses, administrative personnel, and support staff. The initiative reflects the department’s commitment to creating a joyful and inclusive atmosphere during the holidays.
“Christmas is a time for giving and sharing, and this is our way of showing our gratitude to the people who dedicate themselves to serving others year-round,” said one of the department’s senior consultants.
The event drew smiles and warm moments as staff gathered around to enjoy the festive meal. Beyond the food, the “Table of Joy” embodied the true essence of the season—unity, generosity, and the joy of giving back.
The FEU-NRMF Department of Surgery remains committed to nurturing a sense of community within the hospital. The “Table of Joy” is a testament to their dedication to serving not only their patients but also their colleagues, reminding everyone that even in the busiest of seasons, there is always time to come together and spread a little holiday magic.
